Our cloud-based platform is neither located in, nor dependent on our physical office to operate. As such, you can continue to rely on us to deliver the high level of system availability that you are accustomed to. We are confident in our ability to support our customers to our same high standards throughout this time.
To protect employees and customers we are taking the following protocols:
- Reinforcing good hygiene practice
- Asking employees to disclose if they have travelled to a high-impact area, and enforcing a 14-day self-quarantine upon their return
- Using technology for meetings and trainings
- Curtailing non-essential business travel
- Postponing our Roadshow series and participation in larger in-person gatherings
Additionally, we have made the decision to allow our employees to work remotely. This is not only to protect their health, but also to support our local communities and mitigate the impact of COVID-19. We do not anticipate any disruption due to this policy; our employees are fully equipped to work effectively from remote locations and we have state-of-the-art communications and systems in place to manage the business effectively under this policy. We are prepared and confident in our ability to operate in this manner indefinitely until it is no longer necessary to do so. We will remain the dependable organization that you have relied on.
