The schedule for November Product Trainings has been released! The live web based, instructor led classes are available to all clients and cover all major aspects of Angus AnyWhere. The sessions are ideal for those in need of refresher training, or looking to develop deeper and more extensive skills. Sign up today!

Please note access to Standard Training is unlimited and included with your monthly service fees. Class sizes are limited in order to ensure a high quality training experience. Participants have the opportunity to interact with the trainer and ask questions via a chat function.

General and Tenant Service Request Setup

This module covers how to log into Angus AnyWhere, navigate the Tenant Service Request (TR) interface, and change user preferences. Participants are also instructed on how to setup a property’s Floors, Locations/Suites, Employees, Vendors, Coverage Hours, and Work Order Dispatch Options. This session also includes adding Tenants, Contacts, Work Order Routing, Service Schedules, Escalations, and Property Events. (Approximately 80 minutes)

This training session covers how to log into Angus AnyWhere, navigate the Preventive Maintenance (PM) interface, and change user preferences. Participants are also instructed on how to setup a property’s Floors, Locations/Suites, Employees, and Vendors. This session also includes adding Preventive Maintenance Equipment, Tasks, and Schedules. (Approximately 80 minutes)

Tenant Service Request Usage

This session guides participants through the process of using the Tenant Service Request module. Participants will see the request submission process from the Tenant’s perspective. They will also be shown how to create, assign, and dispatch, and close out work orders. Finally a demonstration of how to run various reports is shown. Includes Mobile training. (Approximately 70 minutes).

Tenant and Vendor Certificate of Insurance

This session covers adding Tenant and Vendor Certificates of Insurance (COI) and required navigation. (Approximately 60 minutes)

Learn how to enter expected visits, create a visitor log, and print visitor badges. (Approximately 40 min).

Angus AnyWhere Inspections

This training session covers how to log into Angus AnyWhere, navigate the Inspections interface and change user preferences including granting permissions. Participants are also instructed on how to configure Inspections templates and schedules, as well as conduct, track, rate, report on and take action on inspection deficiencies. (Approximately 50 minutes)
