In case you missed it, we rolled the Mobile Service app for tenant and building occupants earlier this month. The brandable app, compatible with iOS7.1.1+ and Android™ 4.0.4+ devices provides building occupants with a convenient way to create and track service requests on their mobile device. Camera integration allows users to quickly take a picture of the affected location and attach it to their service request. This makes it easier for Property Managers to quickly assess the nature and scope of the issue and respond appropriately, without needing to spend additional time describing the situation in detail.
In addition, the app also supports viewing any property management documentation that has been made available through your service portal. And, if enabled for your property, the following additional functionality is also supported:
- Tenant groups (when creating service requests)
- Tenant Authorization
